Cancellation Policy

Austin Aesthetic Couture — Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Austin Aesthetic Couture, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and our providers dedicate this time specifically to your care. Because of this, we maintain a firm cancellation and no-show policy to protect our providers’ schedules and ensure fairness to all clients.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.

If the scheduled service does not have a listed price or cannot be charged, a $150 injector fee will be charged in lieu of the service amount.

Deposits & Prepaid Treatments
All deposits are non-refundable. Any treatments or packages paid for in advance are also non-refundable, regardless of notice period.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may need to be rescheduled to ensure quality of care for all clients. Late arrivals may still be subject to full cancellation fees.

Same-Day & Premium Bookings
Same-day appointments and premium services may require non-refundable deposits and are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy.

Emergency Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Austin Aesthetic Couture management.
