Austin Aesthetic Couture

Cancellation, No-Show & Touch-Up Policy

At Austin Aesthetic Couture, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our providers dedicate this time to delivering personalized, high-quality care. To protect our providers’ schedules and maintain availability for all clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Late Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments rescheduled, canceled, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to the following fees:

• Injectable appointments rescheduled within the 48-hour window: A $150 rescheduling fee will be charged. This fee is separate from the cost of treatment and will not be applied toward the rescheduled service.
• Injectable appointments canceled or missed within the 48-hour window: Clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment cost. If the service does not have a listed price, a $150 injector fee will be charged in place of the treatment cost. This fee will not be credited toward future services.
• Follow-up appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within the 48-hour window: A $50 fee will be charged.
  
  

A no-show is treated as a cancellation and is subject to the applicable fee listed above.

Touch-Ups & Additional Treatment

Touch-ups, corrections, adjustments, and additional treatments are not guaranteed or automatically included in the original treatment price. The clinical appropriateness, timing, treatment plan, amount of product required, and associated cost of any touch-up or additional service will be determined at the sole discretion of the treating provider following an in-person assessment.

Complimentary touch-ups are not guaranteed. Any additional product, treatment, or service recommended or requested may be subject to an additional charge.

Deposits & Prepaid Treatments

All deposits are non-refundable. Treatments, packages, and services purchased in advance are also non-refundable, regardless of the amount of notice provided.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or may need to be rescheduled to prevent delays for other scheduled clients. If there is insufficient time to provide treatment safely and effectively, the appointment may be treated as a late rescheduling and the applicable fee may be charged.

Same-Day & Premium Appointments

Same-day appointments and select premium services may require a non-refundable deposit. Once reserved, these appointments remain subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms outlined above.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Austin Aesthetic Couture management; however, exceptions are not guaranteed.

Online Promotions & Marketing Offers

Appointments booked through an online promotion, advertisement, marketing campaign, or third-party marketing platform may be subject to additional booking and cancellation terms.

If a patient wishes to cancel or reschedule an appointment booked through a promotional or marketing offer, the remaining balance of the promotional offer must be paid in full to the applicable Austin Aesthetic Couture marketing team/platform before the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

Any deposit or promotional payment already made remains non-refundable. Promotional pricing, credits, discounts, and special offers may also be subject to expiration dates and additional terms outlined at the time of booking.

By scheduling an appointment with Austin Aesthetic Couture, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this policy.
