At Austin Aesthetic Couture, we reserve dedicated time exclusively for each patient to ensure a personalized, high-quality experience. Due to the extensive preparation and provider time required for aesthetic and wellness treatments, we kindly ask that all patients respect the following scheduling policies.
Certain appointments, including dermal filler, Sculptra, PRF EZ Gel, wellness consultations, and other extended appointments, require a deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable; however, deposits are applied toward the cost of the elected treatment or procedure performed at the scheduled appointment.
We require a minimum of 24 business hours notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule request.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional fees charged to the card on file.
Rescheduling deposits are separate from our cancellation and rescheduling notice policy. We understand that schedules can change and gladly allow up to two appointment reschedules.
We also understand that Boulevard sends automated reminders stating that appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without a fee within the allowed notice period. While this is true and no cancellation fee is charged within that timeframe, a new deposit will still be required to reserve the newly selected appointment date. That deposit is not an additional service fee and will be fully credited toward the treatment or service performed at the rescheduled appointment.
On your 3rd rebooking request, the elected procedure must be paid in full in order to secure any future appointment date. This policy is in place to protect provider scheduling availability and ensure fairness to all patients seeking appointments.
Patients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without communication will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments may result in:
Forfeiture of any deposit paid
Additional fees charged to the card on file
Requirement of a larger deposit or full prepayment for future bookings
Possible restriction from future scheduling after repeated occurrences
Patients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled patients. Applicable fees or deposit forfeiture may apply.
We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward our providers or team members will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the practice and refusal of future services.
We understand emergencies and illnesses can occur. While policies are in place to protect provider time and scheduling availability, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management discretion.
