Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text or call Angie RN @ 830-310-2401. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50$ cancellation fee that can be applied toward your service upon rebooking. If a cancellation is within 48 hours of the appointment time and a new booking is NOT made, 50% of the total cost will be submitted for payment on your saved card. Lastly, if a client no calls/no shows for their booked appointment, 50% of the original appointment cost will be charged to the card on file after deposits are deducted, no exceptions. At Austin Aesthetic Couture, we understand emergencies present. We ask that you please describe the situation for cancellation so we can best resolve the issue and rebook you.
